Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability of product lines.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for operations management.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, identifying key drivers.
• Support capital expenditure requests through financial modeling and ROI analysis.
• Identify and recommend cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements within production processes.
• Monitor inventory valuation, turns, and obsolescence, providing insights to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a focus on cost analysis.
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles, including variance and profitability analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data management.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production costs, and supply chain dynamics.
• Ability to develop detailed budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for manufacturing facilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with cost accounting methodologies.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Prior experience with capital expenditure (CapEx) analysis.
