Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to product quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the production facility.
• Monitor production performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports for management review.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing production management.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems.
• Experience with budget management and cost control within a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
