Miller-Davis Company is seeking a Project Executive to oversee high-impact projects in Northern Michigan, with a home base in Traverse City. This is your opportunity to shape communities, mentor future leaders, and drive excellence in construction.

???? What You’ll Do

• Represent Miller-Davis at the executive level on all project matters.
• Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
• Oversee project staffing, subcontracting, and performance reviews.
• Drive innovation in project management tools and processes.
• Champion safety, sustainability, and local subcontractor engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development and client relationships.

???? Your First 6 Months

• Be onsite at least 3 days per week at Northern Michigan project locations.
• Build strong relationships with your teams and community partners.
• Establish a culture of excellence, safety, and collaboration.

???? What You Bring

• 10+ years of leadership experience in construction (PM, Superintendent, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of contracts, risk management, and construction best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Tech-savvy with project management software and tools.
• LEED or other professional certifications are a plus.
