Salary Range: $124,000 - $174,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Manage the facility's budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to achieve profitability goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee engagement throughout the plant.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team, promoting accountability and professional growth.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Drive initiatives for process optimization, waste reduction, and technological advancement within manufacturing.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, budgeting, and driving financial performance.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities to achieve business growth objectives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or workforce diversity
• Demonstrated experience integrating advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, AI, IoT)
• Proven track record in leading mergers, acquisitions, or significant organizational change initiatives
