Director of Human Resources
- Serve as a key advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations for organizational development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Support business needs through organizational design, staffing, and workforce planning, as well as development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assist with resolution of employee, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
- Conduct investigations and manage conflict resolution processes as needed. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Provide recruiting assistance and candidate screening and assessment, as well as successful on-boarding.
- Manage the organization’s compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR leadership in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is preferred.
- Some travel to facilities is required.
