Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Oversee all maintenance operations to ensure optimal equipment uptime and reliability.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external vendor contracts.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
• Plan and schedule major repairs, equipment overhauls, and facility improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CMMS, PM, and PdM programs.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop maintenance personnel.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced CMMS/EAM system implementation or optimization
• PMP certification or extensive project management experience for facility upgrades/new equipment installation
• Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation systems
