Salary Range: $135,000 - $186,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the plant's budget, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
• Maintain high product quality standards and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational costs.
• Excellent leadership, team development, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Black Belt)
• Experience with new plant commissioning or significant facility expansion projects
• Proficiency in advanced ERP/MES systems for data analysis and strategic reporting
• Previous P&L responsibility for a business unit or multiple plants
