Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a dynamic, high-energy National Leasing Trainer to help shape the performance of leasing teams across our nationwide portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead in-person and virtual leasing & sales training sessions
• Develop and maintain leasing, retention, and training manuals
• Partner with Regional Property Managers to implement leasing strategies at the property level
• Evaluate newly acquired properties and provide leasing & marketing performance insights
• Oversee and manage training platforms like GraceHill, LeaseHawk, PopCard, and more
• Create and maintain training schedules, reporting, and performance metrics
• Mentor and coach leasing consultants and site teams
• Support onboarding of newly acquired employees and communities
• Maintain Monarch’s internal training library and resources

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of apartment leasing and/or property management experience
• 2+ years of marketing or property marketing experience (preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Yardi (required)
• Proven ability to train, coach, and influence others
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High energy, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using training tools and platforms

✈️ Travel & Schedule Expectations:

• Travel up to 75%+ nationwide
• Comfortable traveling via car, plane, train, or shuttle as needed
• Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5PM with some weekends as needed

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• $70,000 – $72,000 annually (DOE)
