Assembler/Spot Welder

Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturdays 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Some Sundays as needed

A leading manufacturing and production company is hiring motivated Tack Welders / Assemblers to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of assembly line and manufacturing support tasks .
• Assist with:
  • Spot welding using manual welding guns.
  • Applying adhesives, sealants, and industrial coatings .
  • Installing automotive closures such as doors, hoods, and fenders .
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery safely and effectively.
• Follow detailed blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions to meet production quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area .
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly, general labor, production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment .
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and following safety protocols .
• Dependable, punctual, and open to overtime and weekend work .
