Assembler/Spot Welder
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturdays 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Some Sundays as needed

A leading manufacturing and production company is hiring motivated Tack Welders / Assemblers to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of assembly line and manufacturing support tasks .
- Assist with:
- Spot welding using manual welding guns.
- Applying adhesives, sealants, and industrial coatings .
- Installing automotive closures such as doors, hoods, and fenders .
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery safely and effectively.
- Follow detailed blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions to meet production quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area .
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly, general labor, production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment .
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and following safety protocols .
- Dependable, punctual, and open to overtime and weekend work .
