Role Summary

The Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management and execution of network operations. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level professional to join our team. In this position, you will support the 3P Service and Collision operations team in managing daily activities, ensuring processes run smoothly, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our programs. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations within the network to ensure all collision centers meet Rivian’s standards and protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation for network policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Assist in supporting certified collision centers by addressing compliance questions, facilitating training needs, and helping with enrollment in instructor-led training.
  • Support the preparation and management of training reports, ensuring that training requirements are tracked and met for all certified collision centers.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and management systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve network capabilities and overall customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
  • Support other operational tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • May require minimal travel.
