Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee all procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and material handling operations.
• Develop and implement robust demand forecasting and material planning strategies.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and materials function.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the materials planning and logistics team.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and production planning.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain analytics.
• Experience managing global supply chains and international logistics.
• Demonstrated experience leading supply chain optimization projects or ERP system upgrades.
