Writer, VA, Social Media Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented **Writer / VA / Social Media Specialist** to join our Content & Marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of **SEO writing, paid ads, and social media execution**. You’ll turn structured briefs into high-performing content that drives **traffic, engagement, and conversions**.

You will act as the **content engine** of our marketing efforts — writing blog posts, crafting ad copy, supporting social media, and refining AI-assisted content into something that feels natural and human.

This role is **not for freelancers juggling multiple clients** or writers who rely heavily on unedited AI output.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Part-time (with opportunity to grow into full-time)
* Must overlap with **8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST**

* **Must be available for Zoom meetings**

**Content Writing (SEO)**

* Write blog posts based on structured briefs
* Apply SEO best practices (keywords, formatting, internal linking)
* Maintain readability while optimizing content
* Deliver clear, engaging, and valuable content

**Paid Ads Copy**

* Write Meta ads (primary text, headlines, variations)
* Create Google Ads copy
* Align messaging with campaign goals (CTR, conversions, awareness)
* Improve performance through iteration

**Social Media Support**

* Write captions aligned with brand voice
* Schedule and manage posts
* Create simple visuals using Canva
* Support content calendars

**AI Content Optimization**

* Use AI tools like ChatGPT effectively
* Edit and humanize AI-generated content
* Improve tone, clarity, and flow

**Quality Control**

* Proofread all content before submission
* Ensure consistency in tone and grammar
* Deliver polished, ready-to-publish work

**Requirements**

* 2+ years experience in SEO writing or digital marketing content
* Strong understanding of Meta & Google Ads copy
* Ability to write engaging, conversion-focused content
* Experience with Canva
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow briefs and instructions precisely
* Excellent English communication skills
* Must work CST morning hours
* Working camera and microphone for meetings
* Reliable internet + backup connection required
* Backup plan for power outages (hotspot, coworking space, etc.)
