Manager, Strategy & Operations
- Develop and execute strategies to advance ICC business objectives that optimize our footprint, develop long-term solutions, and improve the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics and Finance teams to develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure and optimize performance.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects – setting objectives, aligning stakeholders, and allocating resources to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Partner with leaders internal to ICC to understand and address operational constraints and improvement opportunities, establishing new systems and processes where necessary.
- Develop long-term portfolio strategy in coordination with Global Real Estate; work with Real Estate Project Managers to evaluate and communicate the business impact of deals relative to portfolio plans.
- Support preparation for monthly Infrastructure Governance Board meetings to ensure recommendations and decisions are clearly articulated and based on sound analyses.
- Serve as primary liaison to Corporate Strategy and Operational Excellence groups, leveraging external support for projects and initiatives as needed.
- Champion and advocate for the Infrastructure & Corporate Citizenship brand, increasing education and awareness among business partners, service providers, and contractors.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy or business operations roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics or a related discipline
- Knowledge of or exposure to Corporate Real Estate or Facilities Operations
- Strong strategic orientation; able to see and articulate tradeoffs with an enterprise lens.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to put definition to complex situations and problems.
- Results-driven; proven track record of developing strategies that generate tangible impact.
- Highly collaborative and able to influence stakeholders across levels and functional areas.
- Strong executive presence and ability to deliver compelling written and verbal messages.
- Prior experience as a Management Consultant or Chief of Staff
- MBA preferred
