Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily assembly line operations to meet production goals.
• Ensure all production schedules and output targets are consistently achieved.
• Monitor product quality, identify non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of assembly team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all company safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for process improvement.
• Manage material flow, tooling, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted assembly operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Proven 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills for assembly equipment.
• Ability to analyze production data and metrics (e.g., OEE, scrap rates).
