We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our client's digital agency team in Troy, Michigan. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, manage digital marketing initiatives, and contribute to the growth of the agency. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail oriented, with a solid background in account management and a passion for delivering measurable results in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent communication across all stages of project delivery.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, PPC, and performance marketing.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other digital tools to analyze campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client projects.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Lead campaign planning sessions, identifying key performance indicators and strategies to achieve desired results.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to clients with actionable recommendations.
• Use CRM tools effectively to track project progress, manage client data, and enhance relationship management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, with at least 2 years focused on digital marketing.• Proven expertise in Google Analytics, particularly in evaluating paid media and organic performance.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools to streamline processes and track progress.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, SEM, and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams or Google G Suite for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, plan campaigns, and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience in cross-functional project management, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
