Automotive Title Clerk
We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll be an important part of our administrative department, ensuring that every vehicle we sell is ready for the road. Responsibilities include:- Oversee all new, used, and out-of-state title and registration applications with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain compliance by ensuring all paperwork meets strict state and dealership regulatory requirements.
- Manage outstanding liens and titles from auctions and trades.
- Utilize a dealer management system to input data, maintain deal integrity, and keep our records organized.
