Floater
Job Description
This position combines responsibilities of both a hilo operator and a machine operator. The successful candidate will work on a production line, assembling materials, operating machines, and inspecting parts before they are packed for shipment. The role involves rotating to different positions within the production line based on preference.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery.
- Assemble materials and components.
- Inspect parts for quality before packaging.
- Lift and move components to designated areas.
- Ensure all tasks are completed according to production standards.
- At least 6 months of recent experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Experience with visual inspection for defects.
- Demonstrated job stability with at least 8 months at each of the last three positions.
- Experience with mechanical and machine operations is preferred.

Work Environment
The work environment is undergoing improvements for cleanliness and efficiency. You'll be part of a 6-person team, requiring work pants, work shirt, closed-toed shoes, safety glasses, and a face mask. Drug testing is required. The position requires working the 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays and weekends during peak periods.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
