TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Tech to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a variety of clinical settings. Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and electrophysiology studies.
- Operate and maintain specialized cardiovascular equipment such as fluoroscopy machines and pressure transducers.
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedural care and monitoring.
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure adherence to safety protocols during cardiovascular testing.
- Accurately document procedures, observations, and patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists in dynamic clinical settings during travel assignments.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (RCIS or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular diagnostics or interventional cardiology.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, procedures, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to accept travel assignments across various healthcare facilities.
