Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles (e.g., production, maintenance, engineering).
• Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job specifications.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, safety acumen, and cultural fit for a production environment.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-employment checks.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including industry-specific job boards, vocational schools, and local outreach programs.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and talent availability within the manufacturing sector.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to source and attract specialized technical, engineering, and skilled trades talent.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific certifications or requirements.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., Lean, CNC, PLC) or industry-specific terminology.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines for niche manufacturing roles.
• Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese).
