Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct corrective maintenance on faulty machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Install, test, and commission new production equipment and components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures, including LOTO.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and sensors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming or troubleshooting experience.
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• HVAC or refrigeration certification.
• Experience with robotics maintenance or programming.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) beyond basic use.
