Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
• Repair and replace defective parts in production machinery and support systems.
• Install and commission new manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Certification in hydraulics and pneumatics
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
