Support students in a dynamic school environment as a per diem Instructional Aide, providing crucial 1:1 and small-group assistance to help students thrive academically, behaviorally, and socially. Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally within the classroom.
• Provide individualized or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff.
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation.
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when applicable.
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a TB test per district requirements.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed.
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them before starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and collaborative attitude.
