D&B Grocers is growing rapidly and actively seeking Merchandisers for multiple routes as we continue to expand our team!

Merchandiser Job Summary:

As a merchandiser, your job responsibilities will include driving your own personal vehicle to assigned national stores. Employees are granted a monthly car allowance and are reimbursed for mileage. A merchandiser will pull product from the customer’s back room and place such items within designated areas in the assigned store to guarantee product freshness and attractiveness for our customers.

Merchandiser Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, observing inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low, and arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
• Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or close-dated products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products.
• Follows pre-determined daily schedule that focuses on replenishment of product at store level.
• Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees.
• Maintains quality results adhering to company standards and expectations.

Merchandiser Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 40 hour work week
• Day shift
• Balanced schedule with a mix of weekdays and at least one weekend day (5 day work week)
