Client Success Coordinator
Addis Enterprises is an award-winning design, marketing, and eLearning development firm with a variety of high-profile print, video, and web development contracts for businesses, organizations, universities, and state government agencies. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Client Success Coordinator (final title TBD) to support client expansion, retention, and overall satisfaction. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, exceptional service delivery, and identification of growth opportunities. You’ll play a vital part in both business development and project coordination, helping drive revenue while strengthening client relationships.
Business Growth & Development (50% of role):
- Collaborate with the Project Director and Project Manager on client needs, opportunities, and strategic planning.
- Write and develop proposals.
- Research RFP databases to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather estimates and inputs.
- Document and follow up on action items and decisions from meetings.
- Organize, attend, and actively participate in client meetings.
- Maintain CRM systems and client databases; ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing and sending recommendations for current clients.
- Work with business development to analyze client feedback, identify engagement strategies, and enhance client relationships.
- Monitor inactive or past clients for potential re-engagement.
Project Coordination (40% of role):
- Follow up with team members to gather task updates and monitor deadlines.
- Support the Project Director and Project Manager with scheduling and task prioritization.
- Maintain organized file structures, shared documents, and project spaces.
- Monitor the support board and assign tasks to appropriate team members.
- Provide technical website support for 6 hours a week.
Live Support (10% of role):
- Provide live website support, delivering prompt, friendly, and helpful responses to inquiries.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate technical problems per support process.
- Maintain a responsive and service‑minded approach during support windows.
Education:
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred, and/or relevant experience pertaining to the field.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong writing skills for proposals, estimates, and communications are a must.
- Previous experience in project coordination, account development, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and relationship building.
- Strong organizational and time management skills ; ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft products preferred.
