Packaging position available at a manufacturing company in Spring Arbor on 2nd shift. The job consists of inspecting, packaging, and labeling products, as well as verifying quantities using a scale.

Packaging Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 03:00pm to 01:00am )

• Primarily work at an individual station, with occasional collaboration with others.
• Remove parts from process fixtures.
• Inspect parts to ensure paint quality meets standards.
• Package parts into various types of containers.
• Tape and label boxes as needed.
• Use a scale to count or verify part quantities by weight.

Physical Requirements:

• Move boxes or totes as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift items weighing up to 30–35 lbs

Packaging Qualifications:

• Entry-Level
• Must be comfortable with the physical requirements.
• HS Diploma/GED Required.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
