Job Summary As an Assistant Manager, you're a part of the leadership team. You help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. You'll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance. You will also collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed. What You’ll Do • Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability. • Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.) • Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability. • Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed. • Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates. • Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service. • Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection. • Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events. • Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed. Who You Are • Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope. • Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams. • Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments. • Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks. • Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. • Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays. • Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
