Customer Specialist – Outbound / Service Support
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: Onsite
Hours: 40 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Specialist – Outbound to support former customers through proactive outreach and service coordination. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, balances independent work with team collaboration, and requires a positive, outgoing personality.
You will support multiple locations nationwide while managing service requests, customer communication, and scheduling needs to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to former customers , averaging approximately 50 calls per day
- Support 24 locations nationwide , focusing on 2–3 locations at a time
- Handle service-related requests , including some warm transfers
- Minimal inbound calls; role is primarily outbound
- Complete and manage assigned task lists accurately and efficiently
Additional Responsibilities
- Routinely monitor service tickets to ensure customers are assisted promptly
- Respond to service tickets so customers are aware their request is being addressed
- Schedule service technicians while optimizing coverage within a designated area
- Assist walk‑in customers and resolve requests immediately
- Learn and understand company products, contracts, and measurements to answer customer questions with confidence
- Maintain accurate records and clear communication across teams

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience
- Previous customer service, call center, retail, inside sales, or outbound calling experience
- Experience using an auto-dialer is preferred
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable handling high call volumes

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
