This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and planning through execution and completion—while ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and quality standards. You’ll play a critical role in driving field operations, coordinating multi-discipline teams (civil, structural, electrical), and ensuring safe, efficient project delivery on high-value builds ($50M+).

Long-term project assignment near Saline, MI with ongoing opportunities across client sites (70%+ travel required).

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 8+ years of supervisory experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets of $50M+
• Strong background in field operations across civil, structural, and/or electrical disciplines
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (70%+)

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities from planning through completion
• Develop execution strategies including manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling
• Coordinate across trades (electricians, carpenters, boilermakers) and contractors
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
• Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and adjust plans as needed
• Manage site resources, inspections, and material flow to maintain schedule adherence
• Communicate with stakeholders including clients, executives, and vendors
• Identify risks, resolve field issues, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation
