In order to support our constant growth and our 300,000 customers around the world, we are looking for an inspiring and passionate profile who will join the Value Engineering & Pricing team as a Pricing Analyst (Americas GEO). This position can be based in one of our North America offices (east coast preferred).

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and executing effective and responsive business practices and processes. You will be supporting Sales teams to ensure that software and services are sold or subscribed at pricing and terms & conditions which meet Dassault Systèmes short and long term business objectives.

  • Analyze and validate financial proposals (Special Bid Offer SBO). Ensure the respect of Dassault Systèmes pricing policy
  • Analyze and validate the special terms & conditions requested, the global consistency of the offers.
  • Support Sales (all Customer Engagements, all Brands, NAM and LATAM) and DVE team to develop business proposal (contents, articulation…)
  • Drive the post-acquisition convergence of business practices for acquired companies into Dassault Systèmes Practices
  • Contribute to development of Process and Tools improvements, Trainings supporting the Value Pricing approach

Qualifications

  • A conferred bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years' experience as a pricing analyst in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
  • Experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue.
  • Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and dynamic pricing tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.

Salary pay Transprency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $98000 and $118000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
