Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Integration Accountant to support acquisition-related accounting and integration activities. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate acquisition targets, manage integration processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting throughout the transaction lifecycle. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong technical accounting expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Essential Duties:

· Lead the integration of acquisition targets, partnering with stakeholders to implement financial and operational processes.

· Perform financial and process due diligence, including participation in reporting findings.

· Prepare accounting for acquisitions, including business combinations, valuation of assets and liabilities, and entity setup.

· Support working capital true-ups and post-acquisition financial activities.

· Participate in audit processes related to acquisition accounting.

· Coordinate transition of accounting services to internal teams.

· Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

· Analyze financial statements and provide insights into performance and results.

· Maintain general ledger accuracy and chart of accounts integrity.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and outstanding items.

· Train and mentor junior staff, supporting development and performance.

· Drive process improvements and support team and company initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

· CPA preferred.

· 3-5+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting.

· Experience with mergers and acquisitions or the healthcare industry preferred.

· Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

· Ability to work cross-functionally with Development, Operations, and Corporate Accounting teams.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Experience reviewing legal agreements related to acquisitions is a plus.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $46 - 48.
