This vital role, located at 2851 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI 49418, focuses on creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while contributing to efficient inventory management.

Your Impact:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and build rapport with customers, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
• Sales & Transactions: Expertly assist with sales transactions, billing, and the careful loading of furniture.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain an appealing store environment through effective merchandising, signage, and product placement. Support inventory transfers and product staging on the sales floor.
• Brand Promotion: Develop engaging social media content and campaigns to increase our brand's visibility and reach.
• Customer Satisfaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and encourage valuable feedback and reviews.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Store Maintenance: Contribute to a clean and organized store through regular housekeeping tasks.

What You Bring:

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture as required.
• Proficiency in social media content creation is a bonus.
• Open availability is essential, including day and early evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
