Quality Inspector

Location: Detroit, MI Shift: 1st Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Detroit, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting parts throughout the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting production operations to keep work flowing efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing quality work.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Quality Inspector , your core responsibilities will include:

Quality Inspection: Inspect parts and finished products for defects, verify quality standards are met, and identify any issues that require corrective action.

Production Support: Assist with loading and unloading products on the production line while ensuring materials are processed accurately and efficiently.

Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, follow production procedures, and support overall manufacturing operations as needed.

In addition, you will document quality concerns, communicate issues to supervisors, follow verbal and written work instructions, and assist with general production duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and crouch throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and maintain quality standards.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and assist where needed.
