What You'll Do
Warmly greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care
Support daily office operations, including filing and data entry
Provide outstanding customer service to everyone who walks through our doors
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, customer-focused attitude
Professional and courteous phone etiquette
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
