Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable plans.
- Sales Target: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and retaining current ones.
- Policy Presentation: Effectively present insurance options and policies to clients ensuring clarity and comprehension.
- Networking: Build a strong network by attending industry events and establishing relationships within the community.
- Lead Follow-up: Promptly address leads and inquiries ensuring no potential business opportunity is missed.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report client feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Licensing: Willingness to obtain a Michigan insurance sales license is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or a customer service role is an asset but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships.
- Customer-Focused: Strong desire to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
- Drive: Highly motivated and eager to take on challenges in a competitive sales environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Tech-Literate: Basic proficiency in office software skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation as this role requires travel within the Rochester Hills area.
