Overview:
The Senior Decision Support Analyst provides critical financial and statistical analysis to support management decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets identifying operational improvement opportunities and assisting with strategic and operational planning in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical operations support using multiple data sources

• Analyze and interpret data to inform management decisions

• Identify areas for program development and operational improvement

• Recommend solutions for cost control and financial management issues

• Prepare strategic and operational studies to enhance system performance

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting

• Assist with implementation of new systems and processes

• Work comfortably with large datasets

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Hybrid work options; in-office attendance preferred once per week

• Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • NextGen Inpatient Financials
  • Sunrise Patient Financials Analytics
  • Clinical Quality
• Data Analysis (1 years)
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Excel
  • MS Access
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Tableau
  • Qlikview
  • Power BI
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • SQL
  • PostgreSQL
• Meditech CA Cost Accounting (1 years)
• 5 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Healthcare Finance
  • Healthcare Financial Analysis

Skills & Competencies:
