Job Summary

As an Arcade Hourly Associate, you’ll be the face of Detroit Klaws-greeting guests, assisting with gameplay, maintaining machines, and ensuring the arcade stays clean and inviting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.

· Provide guidance on how to play claw machines and redeem prizes.

· Monitor machine functionality and report issues to management.

· Restock prizes and maintain organized prize displays.

· Keep the arcade clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

· Handle basic transactions and operate the POS system.

· Support special events, promotions, and giveaways.

· Uphold company policies and ensure a positive guest experience.

Applicant Qualifications

· Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.

· Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

· Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus.

· Must be at least 16 years old.
