Manufacturing Reliability Technician - PLC & Mechanical Systems

Imagine your first 90 days
- Learn the lines: Shadow seasoned techs to understand our automated processes and CMMS workflows.
- Stabilize and optimize: Own a set of assets; reduce recurring faults through PLC/HMI adjustments and minor upgrades.
- Predict and prevent: Implement PM and PdM tasks that stop breakdowns before they start.
Role scope
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Program, refine, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs (ladder logic, controls)
- Deliver preventive and predictive maintenance with meticulous CMMS documentation
- Execute welding, fabrication, and targeted equipment upgrades
- Champion safety and reliability practices across shifts
What you bring
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience; manufacturing strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, ladder logic, and control systems
- Mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial safety standards
Preferred credentials: Technical degree/trade school plus LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE, CPR/First Aid, or OSHA 10/30.
Pay, shifts, and rhythm of work
- Base pay: up to $39.47/hour (experience-based)
- Shift premiums: +$1.50/hour (2nd) and +$1.00/hour (3rd)
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
- Shifts: Afternoons 3:00 pm–11:00 pm | Evenings 11:00 pm–7:00 am
- Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off
