Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams on new product introduction (NPI) projects.
• Manage capital equipment projects from specification to installation and validation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for production issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R).
• Experience with robotics programming or advanced automation platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Rockwell FactoryTalk).
