Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, manage budgets, and achieve operational targets.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in a manufacturing setting.
