We have an immediate opening for a Sr. NetSuite and QuickBooks Accountant to join our Michigan office located in Commerce Township. NOTE: The Sr. NetSuite and QuickBooks Accountant is NOT a hybrid or work-from-home position. We seek individuals with a positive, enthusiastic, upbeat personality.

Primary Role

To ensure accounting and finance is accurate, under control and simplified, the Sr. NetSuite and QuickBooks Accountant works with and oversees ADP Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Compliance with multiple state taxation and documentation requirements.

Detailed Activities

• Accounting transactions ensuring proper account coding
• Accounts receivable invoicing and collections.
• Accounts payable invoices and expense reports
• Reconciliation of credit card statement
• Generation of financial statement schedules including Income Accrual schedule
• Generate and file various State Sales & Use Tax Returns
• Record and Track Fixed Asset Additions and Disposals
• Generate and expedite Vendor purchase orders and assist with sourcing
• Processing inbound deliveries as needed
• Processing outbound shipments as needed
• Make travel arrangements (air, hotel, and rentals)
• Perform other accounting-related or special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Recent experience using NetSuite and QuickBooks required
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting and finance role required
• Experience migrating accounting processes from NetSuite to QuickBooks a plus
• Experience with SAP Ariba preferred
• Experience documenting accounting processes preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Creative thinking, strong interpersonal, communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
• Ethics, accountability, honesty, and integrity must be of the highest caliber
• Interest in doing more to contribute than sitting at a desk
• Physically able to lift 50lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States

Travel

No out of state/overnight travel. Occasional local errands during work hours

Work Hours

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Pay

Salary range is $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

IGI focuses primarily on three key segments of the AV space: 1) Advanced Visualization, 2) Advanced Audio-Visual Integration, and 3) Corporate AV Integration.

Advanced Visualization projects involve the design, engineering, fabrication and building of large scale, high-resolution visualization systems for the Fortune 50 and U.S. Military. These technology solutions include PowerWalls, virtual reality (VR) Rooms, and immersive stereo/3D technologies including motion capture labs.

Advanced Audio-Visual Integrations projects consist of large dvLED and other LED video wall solutions, control rooms, and other complex, sophisticated solutions.
