Shipping And Receiving Clerk
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage inventory and order processes using electronic systems. This role involves overseeing on-site program replenishments, disbursements, receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, expediting, customer service call resolution, product returns, and backorder processing.
Responsibilities- Utilize computer systems to access and follow standard operating procedures.
- Proactively communicate with the supervisor about customer concerns and potential issues.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns within established timeframes.
- Engage in process improvement activities.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Proficiency in inventory management, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and ERP systems.
- Experience operating forklifts.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to deliver excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in inventory management preferred.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to use handheld scanners for data entry.
- Analytical skills for report review and understanding.

Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a dynamic environment with second shift hours from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. The position requires wearing personal protective equipment such as lab coats, coveralls, hoods, facemasks, hairnets, safety gloves, steel-toe shoes, bump hats, and/or safety glasses. Candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull 30-40 pounds consistently and may occasionally need to lift up to 50 pounds. Regular standing or walking for prolonged periods is required, and overtime may be necessary.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.90 - $21.90/hr.
