Impact you’ll make
- Execute pipefitting and welding to install or repair equipment
- Perform light fabrication to support rapid, durable fixes
- Align belts and sheaves for optimal performance and longevity
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems to root cause
- Support CNC machine installation and mechanical assembly
Credentials that qualify you
- High school diploma or GED (accredited)
- One of the following:
- Eight years of documented millwright or machine repair experience
- Certified completion of a bona fide apprenticeship program
- Journeyman Millwright
- Journeyman Machine Repair
Preferred experience
- Machine troubleshooting with emphasis on hydraulics and pneumatics
Technical toolkit
- Die attach/bonding
- Machine building/assembling
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Pneumatics
- Motor replacement/repair/maintenance
- Hydraulics
- CNC machine installation
- Electrical/electronic systems familiarity
- Excellent communication and shop math
