Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and pursue inbound leads and proactively identify new business opportunities within assigned territories or customer segments.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication, understanding their needs, and identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, process sales orders, and manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to close.
• Provide technical product information and support to customers, collaborating with engineering or production teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing products, processes, or industrial equipment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasive presentation.
• Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate technical product specifications and benefits to a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management and customer data.
• Strong technical aptitude or prior experience with manufactured products/components.
• Familiarity with specific manufacturing sectors (e.g., industrial machinery, automation, MRO).
• Experience utilizing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) for lead nurturing.
