Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team in Grand Haven, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
