Location: Sterling Heights, MI | Work Type: In-Person, Full-Time
Pay: $20$30/hour depending on experience | Typical Schedule: 5055 hours/week
Start Time: 6:007:00 AM | MondayFriday with occasional Saturdays

Hard Rock Stone Works , a respected fabrication and installation company in Sterling Heights, MI, is hiring a full-time Countertop Installer to join their growing team. Youll work on premium countertop installations in homes and commercial spaces across the region and be part of a team that takes pride in every detail.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Installing granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops at residential and commercial job sites
• Working in two- or three-person crews to load, transport, and set materials accurately
• Using drawings, specs, and measuring tools to ensure clean, precise fits
• Problem-solving and adjusting on-site to deliver excellent results
• Communicating with clients and teammates in a courteous, professional way
• Following all safety protocols, including DOT medical card and drug-free workplace policy

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in granite or solid surface installation
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs and remain physically active all day
• Valid (or obtainable) Michigan Chauffeurs License and clean driving record
• Familiarity with tape measures, install tools, GPS systems, and basic construction drawings
• Strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow with the company
