Remote CDI Specialist (RN/NP/PA)
Henry Ford Health in Troy, MI seeks a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) for a remote, full-time role. The CDS uses clinical, coding, and CDI knowledge to improve documentation quality in the medical record and support the CDI program.
The role requires RN licensure with BSN preferred, and NP/PA-C licensure preferred, plus 3–5 years of acute care nursing or APP experience. ICD-10-CM and revenue cycle knowledge are desired to optimize reimbursement.
