Snow Operator
Pro-Mow Lawncare & Landscaping is a dynamic and growing company, originally founded by two school friends with a passion for outdoor living. We are seeking a dedicated Snow Operator to join our team for the winter season. Responsibilities
- Operate snowplows and shovels to clear snow from commercial and residential properties.
- Ensure safe and efficient snow removal during early morning hours, typically between midnight and 6 am.
- Be available for on-call work during snow events, including nights and some weekends.
- Transport yourself to and from our main location; a plow truck will be provided on-site.
- Maintain communication with the team to ensure timely and effective snow removal services.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Compensation
Starting at $22 per hour , with a minimum of 2 hours paid per call-in, even if the work is completed in less time. An additional $2 per hour bonus is available at the end of the season for those who work all shifts.
