Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and components.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Install, modify, and upgrade electrical wiring, controls, and equipment according to specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, electrical codes (e.g., NEC), and company policies.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical components and instrumentation as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and HMI interfaces.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and NFPA 70E standards.
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, and other industrial motor control systems.
• Proven capability to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing electrical equipment.
• Relevant electrical license or certification (e.g., Journeyman Electrician).

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming and development experience.
• Proficiency in instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and servo systems.
• Certifications in arc flash safety or thermography.
