Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage positively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Policy Proposal: Provide detailed insurance plan options, helping clients choose the best fit for their requirements.

Customer Retention: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Goals: Consistently meet and aim to exceed sales targets and company expectations.

Networking: Actively participate in community and networking events to boost the agency's presence and attract potential clients.

Market Research: Keep informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.

Requirements

Licensing Must possess an active Michigan Insurance Sales License.

Experience - at least 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly preferred.

Communication Skills -Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: A dedication to providing excellent customer service and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve targets while maintaining a positive attitude.

Tech-Savvy Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with an ability to process information quickly and make informed decisions.

Team Player -Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
