Join the Matt Fahoome State Farm Insurance Agency, a highly regarded insurance agency serving the community of Ann Arbor, Michigan. As an Insurance Sales Representative with our agency, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals and families by helping them protect what matters most.
Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start from $30,000 to $40,000 , and first-year commissions are expected to range from $16,000 to $36,000.
Are you an experienced veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $36,000 to $44,000 and our top earners made just under $75,000 in total earnings last year."

Responsibilities- Engage with potential customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes to ensure they make informed decisions
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Property Casualty License required
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
